Both the Infinix Hot 9 and Infinix Hot 9 Pro come with almost identical specifications. However, there is a difference in rear camera setups.

While the Infinix Hot 9 sports a 13MP primary camera with triple LED flash support, the Infinix Hot 9 Pro features a 48MP primary camera that supports Quad-LED flash.

The new handsets are powered by a 2.0GHz Helio P22 octa-core processor along with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU and 4GB RAM. The 64GB internal storage can be further expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot (up to 256GB).

Both the Hot 9 and the Hot 9 Pro are backed by a 5,000mAh battery that can last up to 30 hours of 4G talk time, 130 hours of music playback, 13 hours of gaming, and 19 days of standby time.

Cameras

On the back, the new handsets sport a vertically-aligned quad-camera setup at the back. Camera features include custom bokeh, AI HDR, and AI 3D Beauty.

The Infinix Hot 9 combines a 13MP primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture) with a 2MP depth sensor, a 2MP macro lens, an additional low light sensor, and a triple LED flash.

On the other hand, the Infinix Hot 9 Pro comes with a 48MP primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture) and a Quad-LED flash.

For selfies and video calling, the new smartphones sport an 8MP front camera (f/2.0) with LED flash support. Camera modes include AI Portrait, AI 3D Face Beauty, Wide-Selfie, and AR Animoji.

Both the Infinix Hot 9 and Infinix Hot 9 Pro run Android 10 OS with XOS 6.0 on top. Connectivity options include Bluetooth v5, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, USB OTG, VoWiFi, and a Micro USB port.

The dual-SIM smartphones feature a 6.6-inch hole-punch LCD IPS display with HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 90.5 percent screen-to-body-ratio, and 480nits of brightness.

Both the Infinix Hot 9 Pro and Infinix Hot 9 will be available in Ocean Blue and Violet color options. Both devices support DTS Surround Sound and face unlock.

Sensors on the device include G-sensor, e-compass, gyroscope, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
