iBall has launched its latest smartphone in the Andi series called the iBall Andi Sprinter 4G. As for specifications, it is powered by a 64-bit 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735M processor paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display with 854×480 pixels resolution.
There is 8GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. On camera front, it sports an 8 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 3.2 mega pixel front facing camera for capturing selfies. Backed up by a 2100mAh battery, it offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
It comes with universal remote feature, which lets the users control appliances like Set Top Boxes, TV’s and more using IR transmitter. The handset also comes with support for up to 15 regional languages (read and write) including Assamese, Bodo, Bengali, Konkani and Kashmiri.

The iBall Andi Sprinter 4G is priced at Rs. 7,099 and will be available to buy in gold and wine color options.
At this price point, it will compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime and Lenovo A6000 Plus smartphones in the Indian market.
iBall also launched its Slide Avonte 7 tablet for Rs. 10,999 last month in October 2015. Specifications of the device include 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, 7-inch HD IPS (1280×800 pixels resolution) display, 16GB internal memory (expandable up to 32GB using microSD card), 13 mega pixel auto focus rotating rear camera and a 2800mAh battery.
