There are news of Octa cores, Tegra 4, Exynos 5 processors and what not on the global cellphone scenario. But there’s a storm brewing up elsewhere in India which is no less than the global mobile competition, albeit at a smaller scale.
iBall , the brand which has Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan selling its products has soft launched another mobile phone in India which requires neither of the above to sell well. Its got a spec sheet which speaks for itself. iBall has brought in the next flagship Andi device named the iBall Andi 4.5H with a very capable Dual core processor and the thickness being just 9.9 mm and runs Android 4.0.4 . It has been launched at a rock bottom adjacent price of Rs.12,490.
The iBall Andi 4.5H has a 4.5 inch IPS display with a qHD (960 x 540 pixel) that serves your daily as well as a bit of the heavy gaming needs well enough. The flagship is is powered by an ARM cortex A9 1 GHz dual core processor which is just subordinate to upcoming A15 architecture. The most interesting bit of information is 1 GB of RAM (finally). It has 4 GB internal storage out of which 2.7 GB is user available and it can beefed up by 32 GB using an external microSD card.
For the photo buffs , it features an 8 MP auto focus camera coupled with a LED flash for a better lowlight performance along with a front VGA camera for video calling which still is in its nascent stages in our country. It packs in a 1600 mAh battery which we believe would hardly last for a day . It is available for a so-called Best-buy price of Rs.12,490.
Its quite a product but before you arrive at any conclusion and grab one today , do check our comparison between Xolo A800 and and Karbonn A30. But if it boils down to the processing power on paper, Andi 4.5H wins hands down.
