The Huawei Y8s has been officially listed on the Huawei website in Jordan. However, the company still holding out on the pricing or availability.

The new handset is powered by a Kirin 710 octa-core processor along with Mali G51-MP4 GPU and 4GB RAM. It is backed by a 4,000mah battery.
The 64GB/ 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB).
In terms of optics, the Huawei Y8s sports a vertically-aligned dual-camera setup at the back. It combines a 48MP primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture) and a 2MP secondary sensor (f/2.4).
For selfies and video calling, the smartphone also sports a dual-camera setup (housed in a wide notch) with an 8MP primary sensor (f/2.0) and a 2MP secondary sensor (f/2.4).

The Huawei Y8s runs Android 9 Pie OS with EMUI 9.1 on top. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS/ GLONASS, Micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The dual-SIM smartphone features a 6.5-inch TFT LCD display with Full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution. It comes in two Emerald Green and Midnight Black color options.
Sensors on the device include an ambient light sensor, compass, proximity sensor, gravity sensor, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
