Huawei has launched its Watch GT smartwatch in India. It will be available in both Sports Edition and Classic Edition. The company has also launched the Huawei Band 3 Pro and Band 3e devices in the country. The new smartwatches run on the company’s Light OS. The Huawei Watch GT Sports Edition is priced in India at Rs 15,990. The Classic Edition smartwatch comes with a price tag of Rs 16,990. Both variants will be available via Amazon.in from March 19. As part of launch offers, customers will get Huawei Sport BT AM61 Earphones (worth Rs 2,999) along with no-cost EMI options.
On the other hand, the Huawei Band 3e comes with a price tag of Rs 1,699. It will be available in Pink and Black color options via Amazon.in from March 19. Whereas the Huawei Band 3 Pro will be available through Amazon.in from March 26. The new wearable is priced at Rs 4,699 and comes in two color options – Obsydian Black and Space Blue.

The new smartwatch sports a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels and a pixel density of 326ppi. It features a dual-crown design with stainless steel and ceramic bezels. The wearable 46.5 x 46.5 x 10.6mm and weighs 46 g.
The Huawei Watch GT is powered by a ARM M4 SoC with 16MB RAM and 128MB internal storage. The 420mAh battery comes with up to 14 days of battery life. It uses an innovative smart power-saving algorithm that switches between performance and efficiency modes, depending on user activity.
Additional features include TruSeen 3.0 heart rate monitoring technology, Bluetooth 4.2 (compatible with Android 4.4/ iOS 9 and above), Altitude barometer, compass, GPS, GLONASS, and GALILEO satellite positioning systems. The new smartwatch can track activities like indoor exercises, outdoor running, mountain climbing, cycling, and open water swimming.

Huawei Band 3 Pro and Band 3e
The new wearables are essentially variants of Honor Band 4 and Honor Band 4 Running (launched recently). While the Band 3 Pro sports a 0.95-inch AMOLED color 2.5D curved glass touch screen (120 x 240 pixels), the Band 3e has a 0.5-inch POLED display (88 x 48 pixels).
The Huawei Band 3 Pro comes with continuous heart rate tracking. It is also water resistant up to 50 meters and comes with Swim stroke recognition. It is powered by a Applo 3 microprocessor along with 384KB RAM, 1MB ROM, and 16MB Flash memory.
The wearable comes with a Pedometer, Sleep tracker, Exercise tracker, Sedentary reminder, 6-axis sensors; infrared wearing detection sensor, and Detached PPG cardiotachometer. The water/ dust resistant device 45 x 19 x 11mm and weighs: 25g. The 100mAh battery allows 7 hours of continuous GPS use.
The Huawei Band 3e comes with 6-axis sensor. It measures cadence, step length, ground contact time, foot strike pattern, landing impact, eversion excursion and swing angle to offer improved running detection. Additionally, a foot mode allows you to attach the new smart band to your shoes using the shoe buckle.
The wearble comes with a pedometer, Sleep tracker, Exercise tracker, and Sedentary reminder. It is also water and dust resistant. The Band 3e measures 40.5 x 14.8 x 11.2 mm and weighs around 6g. The 77mAh battery offers up to 14 days usage and 21 days of standby.
