Chinese multinational company Huawei launched two of its flagship P20-range smartphones in India on 24th April 2018– Huawei P20 Pro and P20 Lite. The Huawei P20 Pro is the top-of-the-line premium flagship smartphone in the series. It comes with a module of three rear cameras. The P20 Lite is basically mid-range and sports a dual-camera setup.

Huawei P20 Pro and P20 Lite: Specifications

The Huawei P20 Pro is a flagship device sporting a triple camera setup on the rear. It consists of a 40-megapixel primary lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 20-megapixel monochrome lens with f/1.6 aperture and an 8-megapixel lens with f/2.4 aperture with 3X optical zoom.

The P20 Lite is equipped with a dual camera module of 16MP and 2MP sensors. Both the Huawei P20 Pro and P20 Lite have a 24MP camera on the front.

The P20 Pro is built with a 6.1-inch quad-HD+ display with a resolution of 1080×2240 pixels. It has an 18:7:9 aspect ratio. The P20 Lite has a 5.84-inch full-HD+ display. It has a 19:9 aspect ratio.

Both the models have a notch at the display’s top equipped with a front camera, sensors, and earpiece speaker.

The flagship P20 pro is powered by Huawei’s own HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. The P20 Lite is powered by Kirin 659 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.

The Huawei P20 Pro and P20 Lite run Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.1 out-of-the-box. Both the smartphones have fingerprint readers on the back. They also support fast charging on P20 Lite’s 3,000mAh battery and P20 Pro’s 4,000mAh battery.

Huawei P20 Pro and P20 Lite: Price

In India, the Huawei P20 Pro is priced at Rs. 64,999. The P20 Lite has been priced at Rs. 19,999 in Klien Blue and Midnight Black color options. The flagship smartphones will be available exclusively via Amazon from 3rd May 2018 onwards.
