The Chinese tech giant is expected to announce the Huawei Mate 30 series on September 19. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price or launch date.

According to recent leaks and rumors, the Huawei Mate 30 series will be powered by a Kirin 990 7nm processor. It will include Balong 5000 5G modem to support 5G connectivity. The handset is said to come in 5G and 4G only variants. The dual-SIM dual-standby smartphones are likely to run Android 9 Pie OS.
The flagship handset is likely to be backed by a 4,200mAh battery with support for 25W SuperCharge technology (similar to the Mate X foldable smartphone) and 10W reverse wireless charging.
In terms of optics, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro is expected to sport a quad-camera set up (circular layout) with a large Sony IMX600 series sensor (1/1.7-inches to 1/1.5-inches). Camera features include Cine Lens, 5x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom support.
It will use a 40-megapixel 1/1.5-inch sensor (f/1.6 – f/1.4 variable aperture, RYYB pixel layout), a 40-megapixel 1/1.8-inch sensor (120-degree ultra-wide lens), an 8-megapixel telephoto sensor (5X zoom), and periscope lens
The upcoming smartphone is tipped to sport a 6.71-inch OLED display (curved from all four sides) with QHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is expected to come with an in-display fingerprint sensor, a wide display notch, and a gradient back panel.
Additionally, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro is tipped to sport an all-glass build without any physical buttons. It will use artificial tactile feedback delivered by a linear motor.

Recently, Huawei launched the P30 Pro smartphone in India at Rs 71,990 for the lone 512GB storage variant. It was originally launched at 999 Euros (approx Rs 77,820) for the 128GB storage variant. While the 256GB storage model costs 1099 Euros (approx Rs 85,600), the 512GB variant comes with a price tag of 1249 Euros (approx Rs 97,290).
The flagship smartphone sports a 6.47-inch Full HD+ OLED curved glass display with a dewdrop notch. It sports a glass back and comes in four color options ( Black, Pearl White, Aurora, Amber Sunrise and Breathing Crystal).
The Chinese brand also launched the Huawei P30 Lite at Rs 19,990 for the 4GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage model costs Rs 22,990. It also sports triple rear cameras (similar to the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro), Kirin 710 SoC, and a waterdrop-shaped display notch.
