Huawei announced its entry level smartphone Ascend Y210D for the Indian market especially aimed at the younger Indian audiences offering mid-range smartphone features at an entry level price. The Ascend Y210D features a 3.5” HVGA display, 1GHz Qualcomm processor and dual SIM standby (3G+2G). Connecitivity include HSPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth. Ascend Y210D also allows users to share internet with family & friends via the WiFi Hotspot feature. Powered by a long-lasting 1700 mAH battery, Ascend Y210D runs on Android 2.3 with a huge application support via the Play Store.
Available in two colors – ceramic white and phantom black, the aesthetically-designed Ascend Y210D also offers a 2 MP camera with CMOS sensor offering faster imaging and power-efficiency. The Huawei Ascend Y210D is available in online channels like Flipkart, HS18, Infibeam, Snapdeal, large format retails like Croma, Ezone, Reliance Digital, Univercell and Huawei Experience outlets and multi-brand outlets nation-wide.
According to Flipkart, the device is expected to arrive by fourth week of February with pre-orders already started at Rs. 4999.
