The HTC U11 Life will be available in the US with T-Mobile exclusive mobile carrier partnership at $349 (approx Rs 23,000). It is being marketed as ‘Created by HTC. Powered by Google.’
As of now, there is no exact information about the Indian price and launch date. However, the HTC U11+ has already been listed on the company’s India site.

The HTC U11 Life features a 5.2-inch Super LCD display with full HD resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass for protection. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor (based on a 14nm process). It comes in two variants – 3GB RAM/ 32GB internal storage variant and 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variants. The internal storage can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 2TB).
In terms of optics, the HTC U11 Life comes with a 16MP camera on the front and the back. The rear camera features include PDAF, BSI sensor, and f/2.0 aperture. The new handset is backed by a 2,600mAh battery with QuickCharge 3.0 support.

The HTC U11 Life runs Android Nougat operating system with HTC Sense On top (in the US). The Android One model will run stock Android 8.0 Oreo OS. Since the HTC U11 Life will be available under Android One program outside the US, only the US variant will support the HTC’s Edge Sense feature.
The new smartphone comes with HTC USonic with Active Noise Cancellation earphones. It comes with an IP67 rating. A fingerprint scanner is placed on the front. It measures 149 x 72.9 x 8.1mm and weighs 142 grams.

Conclusion
The Android One program aims to offer reasonably-priced smartphones running stock Android. While the Xiaomi Mi A1 Android One smartphone was launched in India, the Moto X4 Android handset was launched in the US market.
