HTC Desire 820s Launched In India At Rs. 24,890: Specs & Features

Taiwanese handset manufacturer HTC has launched its smartphone HTC Desire 820s in India. First introduced in November 2014, the Desire 820s has now been brought to Indian shores. As for the specifications, HTC’s dual-SIM Desire 820s smartphone is powered by 64-bit 1.7 GHz octa-core Qualcomm processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with Sense UI wrapped on the top and features a 5.5 inch screen with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and pixel density of 267 ppi. The handset sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and BSI Sensor, while there is also an 8 mega pixel front facing camera onboard. It packs a 2600 mAh battery. Additionally, the handset also comes with dual-front speakers from HTC Boom Sound offering amazing sound quality.

On connectivity front, the handset comes with 4G LTE support. Other connectivity options on the handset include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE and GPS/ A-GPS. It measures 15.77 x 7.87 x 0.77 cm and weighs 155 grams.
