The new HTC Desire 12 is priced at EUR 185 (approx Rs 14,800). Whereas the HTC Desire 12 Plus comes with a price tag of EUR 235 (approx Rs 18,900). Both handsets come in Black and Silver color options. As of now, there is no information about an Indian price or launch date.

The HTC Desire 12 sports a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ (720 x 1440 pixels) resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6739 processor. The new handset comes in multiple RAM/ storage options – 2GB/ 3GB RAM and 16GB/ 32GB internal storage.
In terms of optics, the HTC Desire 12 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front camera. It is backed by a 2730mAh battery. Additional features include face detection.

The larger variant sports a 5.99-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ (720 x 1440 pixels) resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor and 3GB RAM. The 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 2TB).
n terms of optics, the new smartphone sports a dual camera setup on the back. It combines a 13-megapixel primary sensor with a secondary 2-megapixel sensor. The 8-megapixel front camera supports the face unlock feature. A fingerprint sensor is also placed on the back.
The new handset runs Android 8.0 Oreo operating system. It is backed by a larger 2956mAh battery. Connectivity options include Cat 4 LTE, Micro-USB, GPS, GLONASS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
