- Clean the camera lens of the front as well as the rear camera using a dry soft cloth.
- Turn on the device when it is completely dry.
How To Clean Ports & Keys

What To Do
- Use a soft cloth, preferably microfiber to clean your device.
- You can also make use of cotton swab for cleaning your device.
- Use a screen protector to avoid the dust from being gathered. This will also protect your screen against scratches and damages from accidental drops. Screen protector sticks to the screen and can be changed whenever required.
- Always power off your smartphone while cleaning it.
- If your device happens to get wet accidentally, then put it in a bowl of dry rice. It will absorb all the moisture and water from your device.
What Not To Do
- Avoid using tissue papers or papers to clean your device. Instead of being useful, they may cause harm to your device by giving scratches.
- Avoid using chemicals or other kinds of liquids on your smartphone. Liquids may damage the electronic components of your device.
- Never use a hair dryer to speed up drying process as the hot air from the dryer may damage the electrical components of your device.
