Now you can create Instagram Reels with up to 90 seconds of duration. Previously, it supported Reels up to 60 seconds in duration. The new change has come with the latest update to the popular app.

Instagram has also added new audio features. You can import your own audio to Reels to add commentary and background noise. You can also use new sound effects like air horns, crickets, etc.

Additionally, interactive stickers will also be available for Reels (seen in Instagram Stories earlier). For example, users can use Poll Stickers, Quiz Stickers, Emoji Slider, and more to let their audience react to the Reels.

The Meta-owned platform announced the new changes through a blog post. The roll-out has already started.

How To Make 90 Seconds Instagram Reels

• Tap on the ‘+’ on the top right corner to create a new Reel.
• Now, look for the small circle with 15 on the left-middle of the screen.
• Once you tap on this circle, you can see multiple options.
• Next, choose the 90-second option.
• That’s it!
