The Honor 9X Pro is priced in India at Rs 17,999. It will soon be available for purchase as a part of a special Early Access Sale.
To participate in the Special Early Access Sale (May 21 – May 22), register on Flipkart by May 19. You will get a discount of Rs 3,000 and no-cost EMI options for up to six months.
Additional launch offers include a one-time free screen replacement on accidental damage (valid for three months) and seven-day return policy.
The Honor 9X Pro was originally launched in the European markets at EUR 249 (approx Rs 19,400).

The Honor 9X Pro is powered by a 7nm Kirin 810 processor along with Mali G52 GPU and 6GB RAM.
The new handset is backed by a 4,000mAh battery. The 256GB internal storage can be further expandable via a microSD card (up to 512GB).
In terms of optics, the Honor 9X Pro sports a triple rear camera set up with a 48MP 1/2-inch Sony IMX582 CMOS sensor (f/1.8 aperture).
The setup also uses an 8MP super wide-angle lens (f/2.4, 120-degree FoV), and a third 2MP depth sensor (f/2.4). Camera features include AIS Super Night Mode, AI Video Stabilisation.
For selfies and video calling, the smartphone sports s a 16MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture. It uses a pop-up mechanism.

The Honor 9X Pro runs the Android 9 operating system with EMUI 9.1 on top. However, instead of Google Mobile Services, Honor has bundled Huawei Mobile Services.
The smartphone comes preloaded with the AppGallery that includes a large number of Indian apps such as Flipkart, Grofers, MapMyIndia, MyAirtel, Paytm, and Zomato.
Honor has also included the contact-tracing app Aarogya Setu and cloud storage solution DigiLocker. However, apps like Amazon Prime Video and Netflix will be absent.
The smartphone features a 6.59-inch IPS LCD display with Full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution, a 92 percent screen-to-body ratio, and a pixel density of 391ppi.
The Honor 9X Pro measures 163.1 x 77.2 x 8.8mm and weighs 202 grams. It comes in Midnight Black and Phantom Purple color options.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Additionally, a fingerprint sensor is placed on the back. Sensors on the device include a digital compass, an ambient light sensor, and a gravity sensor.
