The Honor 9X is priced in India at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage model costs Rs 16,999.
The new handset comes in Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue color options. Sales will start on January 19 via Flipkart.

The Honor 9X is powered by an in-house HiSilicon Kirin 710F processor and a 4,000mAh battery. The 128GB internal storage can further be expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB).
In terms of optics, the new smartphone sports a triple camera set up on the back. It uses a 48MP primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture, AIS Super Night mode support), an 8MP wide-angle lens (120-degree field of view), and a 2MP depth sensor.
For selfies and video calling, the Honor 9X sports a 16MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture. It is placed in a pop-up module.

The Honor 9X runs the Android 9 Pie operating system with the custom EMUI 9.1 skin on top. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port.
The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 6.59-inch display paired with full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution, 91 percent screen-to-body ratio, and a pixel density of 391ppi.
In terms of dimensions, the Honor 9X measures 163.5 x 77.3 x 8.8mm and weighs 196.8 grams. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back.
Other sensors on the device include an ambient light sensor, compass, and gravity sensor.
