Earlier this year, Honor launched a stripped down version of its Honor 10 device. Highlights of the new handset include a Kirin 710 SoC, 4GB/ 6GB RAM, and Android 9.0 Pie OS. The new Honor 10 Lite 3GB RAM variant is priced at Rs 11,999. It comes with 32GB internal storage and comes in two color options (Sapphire Blue and Midnight Black).

The Honor 10 Lite is priced in India at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage model comes with a price tag at Rs 17,999. Both variants come in Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue, and Sky Blue (with a gradient finish) color options.

The Honor 10 Lite sports a 6.21-inch display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution and a pixel density of 415ppi. It is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Kirn 710 processor and 3GB/ 4GB/ 6GB RAM. The 64GB internal storage can be further expanded via microSD card (up to 512GB). The GPU Turbo 2.0 technology reduces lagging and frame drops. It also enables 60fps frame rate.

In terms of optics, the new smartphone sports a vertically stacked dual camera set up on the back (13-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture + 2-megapixel secondary sensor). For selfies and video calling, it features a 24-megapixel front camera (with f/2.0 aperture) that supports AI Smart Face Unlock. Additional features include an AI scene recognition technology, AI-based facial recognition, and light fusion technology.

In the power department, the Honor handset will be backed by a 3,400mAh battery.

The Honor 10 Lite runs Android 9.0 Pie operating system with EMUI 9.0 on top. It comes pre-loaded with features like AI Shopping and Calorie Detection. Additionally, an AI Enhanced calls functionality reduces noise during voice calls.

The dual-SIM smartphone measures 154.8 x 73.64 x 7.95mm and weighs 162 grams. Sensors on the device include an ambient light sensor, gravity sensor, and proximity sensor. Additionally, a fingerprint scanner is placed on the back.
