Alongside Google Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P smartphones, Google has also introduced its latest tablet, called the Google Pixel C at an event in San Francisco.
As far as specifications of the Pixel C are concerned, it is powered by a NVIDIA’s Tegra X1 processor paired with 256-core Maxwell GPU and 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It features a 10.2-inch display with 2560×1800 pixels resolution and 308ppi pixel density. The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port as connectivity options. Based on storage, it comes in two variants- 32GB and 64GB.
On design front, the Pixel C comes with anodised aluminium body which looks premium. It will ship with an optional keyboard accessory which is priced at $149 (Rs. 10,000 approximately). This accessory attaches to the back of the tablet magnetically. It connects to the tablet via Bluetooth and charges inductively through the tablet.

Price & Availability
The Google Pixel C tablet is priced at $499 (Rs. 32,500 approximately) for 32GB variant and $599 (Rs. 39,000 approximately) for 64GB variant. The keyboard accessory is priced at $149 (Rs. 10,000 approximately). Pixel C will go on sale in the holiday season, however exact availability details have not been revealed yet. There is no word on Indian pricing and availability of the device as of now.
Google has also announced its Nexus 6P and 5X smartphones. Both phones are now up for pre-orders in the U.S., UK, Ireland and Japan while shipping will start in October. There is no word on pricing and availability of the devices in the Indian market.
