The Google Pixel 6 comes with a starting price of $599 (approx Rs 45,000). It will be available in Kinda Coral, Sorta Seafoam, and Stormy Black color options.
On the other hand, the Pixel 6 Pro comes with a starting price of $899 (approx Rs 67,500). It will be available in Cloudy White, Sorta Sunny, and Stormy Black color options.
Sales will start in the US from October 28. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price tag and launch date.

Specifications and Features
Both Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro come with the company’s proprietary system-on-chip (SoC) called Tensor. It is said to offer better artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) performance results.
Additionally, the new-generation Pixel smartphones run the Android 12 operating system out-of-the-box. The IP68-certified devices also offer dust and water resistance.
In terms of design, both the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro feature a hole-punch display. The rear panel features a camera bar. Let’s take a closer look:

The new smartphone is powered by Google’s Tensor processor along with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/ 256GB internal storage.
The Google Pixel 6 is backed by a 4,614mAh battery that supports 30W wired fast charging and 21W wireless fast charging. A Battery Share feature lets you wirelessly charge other devices via the Pixel 6.
Connectivity options on the device include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. A Live Translate feature is said to work without the Internet.
In terms of dimensions, the dual-SIM (Nano + eSIM) smartphone measures 158.6 x 74.8 x 8.9mm and weighs 207 grams.
The 6.4-inch OLED display comes with Full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixels) resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 441ppi pixel density, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
Sensors on board include an in-display fingerprint sensor, an accelerometer, ambient light, barometer, pyrometer, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.
Cameras
On the back, the Google Pixel 6 sports a dual-camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.85 aperture, wide-angle lens) and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens.
Camera features include laser detect autofocus (LDAF) and optical image stabilization (OIS). A Magic Eraser helps remove unwanted people and other objects from a processed photo.

Alongside Google’s exclusive camera-focused features, the new phone comes with Face Unblur, Manual white balancing, Motion Mode with preset (with Action Pan and Long Exposure options), and Real Tone.
Additionally, Google has partnered with Snapchat for a ‘Quick Tap to Snap’ feature that will allow users to capture Snaps even when the phone is not unlocked and is on ‘Camera Only’ mode.
For selfies and video calling, the Google Pixel 6 comes equipped with an 8-megapixel front camera (f/2.0 aperture) on board.
