The new smartwatch is the latest addition to the Garmin Vivoactive 3 series. It comes with over 10 preloaded sports apps and up to seven days of battery life.
The Garmin Vivoactive 3 Element features a circular dial with one button on the right side. It comes with features like heart rate monitoring and GPS tracking.
Additionally, the company has added a VO2 max sensor that allows you to calculate oxygen consumption during workouts. Let’s take a closer look:

Specifications and Features
The Garmin Vivoactive 3 Element sports a 1.2-inch screen with a resolution of 240 x 240 pixels and extra-durable chemically-strengthened glass protection.
The Garmin Chroma Display is easy to read even in direct sunlight. The Connect IQ app can be used to change watch faces, widgets, etc.
The new smartwatch is made from stainless steel and features a circular dial. It weighs 43 grams and comes in a single silver color option.
The Garmin Vivoactive 3 Element comes with over 10 preloaded GPS and indoor sports apps, including yoga, and running. You can also create custom workouts.
The new smartwatch comes with a water-resistance rating of 5 ATM. It can also store seven timed activities and 14 days of activity tracking data.
Sensors on the Garmin Vivoactive 3 Element include GPS, Glonass, Garmin Elevate wrist heart rate monitor, barometric altimeter, compass, accelerometer, and thermometer.
The highlights of the new smartwatch include V02 max tracking, heart rate monitoring, step counter, sleep monitoring, and gym activity profiles. It can track activities like golf, swimming, running, cycling, etc.
The Garmin Vivoactive 3 Element can last up to seven days in smartwatch mode and up to 11 hours in GPS mode.
Additionally, the new wearable can perform functions like setting alarms, reminders, stopwatch, timer, and display notifications.
