Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on August 5 (7:30 pm IST). The company is expected to launch the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series at the same event.
The live streaming of the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will be available at Samsung Global Newsroom and Samsung.com.
Alongside the Galaxy Note 20, the company is tipped to launch the Galaxy Note 20+ and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. All three models will come in Black, Copper, White/Grey, and Mint Green color options.
Additionally, the South Korean giant might also unveil the next-generation Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 and the 5G variant of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip.

As per recent rumors and reports, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865/ Exynos 990 octa-core processor along with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
The upcoming handset will be backed by a 4,300mAh battery with fast charging (offers 50 percent charge in just 30 minutes). It also supports wireless charging and reverse wireless charging
Cameras
On the back, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is said to sport a triple camera setup with a 12MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens (f/2.2), and a 64MP sensor (f/2.0 .)
Camera features include a 3x optical zoom lens, 30x space zoom, and 8K video recording. For selfies, it will sport a 10MP front camera with dual-pixel autofocus and f/2.2 aperture.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 will sport an Infinity-O display with the hole-punch cutout. It is likely to come with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
The 6.7-inch Super AMOLED flat display will come with full-HD (1,080 x 2,400 pixels), 60Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a pixel density of 393ppi.
The upcoming handset is said to feature a ‘wide frame’ with narrow bezels and no curves at the edges. It is said to sport a rectangular camera setup on the back.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is expected to come in Mystic Bronze, Mystic Gray, and Mystic Green color options. It is likely to run on Android 10 OS with One UI on top.
Connectivity options include 5G, LTE-Advanced, Bluetooth 5, Wi-Fi 6, USB Type-C (Gen 3.2), and NFC.
The Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) tech will allow users to transfer files at high speed. It is similar to the AirDrop feature on the iPhone 11 range.
The company might also introduce Google’s ‘Nearby Share’ feature to enable faster file transfer and connect with its SmartThings IoT product range.
Additional features include IP68 certification and AKG-optimised stereo speakers. The S-Pen stylus is reported to offer a latency of 26 milliseconds.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
The ‘Ultra’ variant is tipped to feature an LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and QHD+ resolution. It is also tipped to come with a new camera function and a new S Pen.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor (yet to be announced). It will be backed by a 4,500mAh battery.

Previously, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 was tipped to feature a display with a ‘fine-tuned’ 120Hz refresh rate.
