The Samsung Galaxy A12 is priced at EUR 179 (approx Rs 15,800) for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage model costs EUR 199 (approx Rs 17,500).
The new handset will be available in the European market from January 2021. The company is also expected to launch a 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant.
On the other hand, the price of the Samsung Galaxy A02s starts at EUR 150 (approx Rs 13,200) for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant. It will be available in February 2021.
Both the Samsung Galaxy A12 and Galaxy A02s come in four colour options – Black, Blue, Red, and White. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price and launch date.

The new handset is powered by an octa-core processor (unspecified) along with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage (expandable up to 1TB via a micro SD card).
The Samsung Galaxy A12 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. Connectivity options include LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
The new smartphone sports a 6.5-inch TFT display with HD+ resolution. It measures 164 x 75.8 x 8.9mm and weighs 205 grams.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy A12 features a quad rear camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor (f/2.0), a 5MP ultra-wide-angle (f/2.2), a 2MP macro sensor (f/2.4), and a 2MP depth sensor (f/2.4).
For selfies and video calling, the smartphone comes equipped with an 8MP front camera (f/2.2). It is housed in a display notch. A fingerprint scanner is placed on the side.

The new handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor and 3GB RAM. The 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro SD card (up to 1TB).
The Samsung Galaxy A02s is also backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. It comes with a Micro-USB port for charging.
The new smartphone sports a 6.5-inch display with HD+ resolution. On the back, it sports a triple rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor, 2MP macro sensor (f/2.4), and a 2MP depth sensor (f/2.4).
