Fly Mobiles, a UK based mobile manufacturing company has launched its new smartphone dubbed the Fly Snap in the Indian market. With a price tag of Rs. 2,999, the company is touting it as the ‘cheapest smartphone in India’. According to the company, the Fly Snap is targeted towards the ‘first time smartphone users who want to shift from feature phones to smartphones.’
As far as specifications of the handset are concerned, it is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor paired with 512 MB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and features a 4 inch WVGA IPS display with 800×480 pixel resolution.
On imaging front, it sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera with flash and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera for capturing selfies. Connectivity options on the handset include 3G, Bluetooth and GPS options.

Qik+ on the other hand comes with 1.7 GHz Octa-core MediaTek processor, 5 inch HD IPS OGS (1280 x 720 pixels resolution) display, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB inbuilt storage (expandable up to 32 GB), 13 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with flash, 5 mega pixel front facing camera and a 2200 mAh battery.
