Fitbit has launched its latest fitness band in the Indian market, called the Fitbit Alta HR. It is touted as the world’s slimmest wist band with continuous heart rate tracking. The wearable comes with PurePulse heart rate technology and offers automatic exercise recognition and sleep tracking among other features. The company claims it to deliver up to seven days of battery life.
The Alta HR makes use of the accelerometer data and heart rate variability to estimate the time user spends in light, deep and REM sleep, as well as time awake each night. The wearable also tracks steps, distance, calorie burnt and active minutes.
Fitbit Alta HR: Price & Availability
The Fitbit Alta HR carries a price tag of Rs. 14,999 and will be up for pre-order on Amazon.in from March 15 to March 31. It will be available exclusively through Amazon India till April 15, after that it will be available through other retailers including Reliance Digital, Croma, Helios, Jumbo and Vijay Sales.
The Special Edition Alta HR (Gun Metal and Rose Gold) is priced at Rs. 16,999. The Classic and Luxe Leather bands carry price tags of Rs. 2,999 and Rs. 5,999 respectively while the Luxe Metal Bracelet costs Rs. 9,999.
