The new Halo Gray variant is priced at $449.99 (approx Rs 28,900). It will be available via Amazon.com from February 21. The Essential Phone now comes in six color variants – Copper Black, Ocean Depths, Stellar Gray, Halo Gray, Black Moon and Pure White.
While the Copper Black, Ocean Depths, and Stellar Gray variants cost $599 (approx Rs 38,500), the Black Moon and Pure White are priced at $449.99. All variants feature identical specifications and features.

Specifications
The Essential Phone sports a 5.71-inch display with a resolution of 1312 x 2560pixels. It is powered by a 1.9GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and 4GB RAM. Unfortunately, the 128GB internal storage cannot be expanded.
In terms of optics, the Essential Phone sports a dual camera smartphone (13-megapixel sensors) with RGB and monochrome capabilities. Camera features include hybrid autofocus, phase detect, IR Laser Assist Focus, and 4K video support. The 8-megapixel front camera comes with f/2.2 aperture, 16:9 aspect ratio, and 4K video support.

The Android handset features an edge-to-edge display and a modular system that lets users attach accessories such as a 360-degree camera. It measures 141.50 x 71.10 x 7.8mm and weighs 185 grams. Sensors on the device include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Gyroscope, and Barometer.
The new handset is backed by a 3040mAh non-removable battery. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS, USB Type-C port, Nano-SIM support, and GLONASS.
