The Energizer Hardcase H240S sports a 2.4-inch QVGA TFT display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. It is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737M processor along with Mali T720 GPU and 1GB RAM. The 8GB internal storage can be further expanded via two microSD cards (up to 32GB).
The new feature phone features a 5-megapixel Sony camera sensor on the back. The 2000mAh battery on the device offers up to 9.5 days of standby time and up to 12 hours of talk-time.

The Energizer Hardcase H240S runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. However, you can not access Google Play on the device. The new handset comes with several pre-installed apps though. Connectivity options include 4G VOLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11A, Bluetooth 4.0, and Micro USB 2.0.
The ultra-durable mobile comes with IP68 certification (dust and water resistant handset). It can be immersed in up to 1.2 metres of water for up to 30 minutes. The company claims that the shockproof handset can withstand drops from a height of up to 1.2 metres.
The 4G feature phone measures 132 x 56 x 18.5mm and weighs 256 grams. Additional features include dual-SIM, GPS (with AGPS and GLONASS) and an accelerometer.
