The Dell XPS 13 comes with a starting price of $999.99 (approx Rs 72,000). It will be available starting January 7 in select regions (Canada, France, Germany, Sweden, the UK, and the US). Global sales start in February.
The Dell XPS 13 Developer Edition comes with a starting price of $1,199 (approx Rs 86,000). It will be available in Canada, the US, and select European countries starting in February.

The new laptop features a 13.4-inch display with up to UHD+(3,840 x 2,400 pixels) resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, peak 500 nits of brightness, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 178-degree viewing angle, and 91.5% screen-to-body ratio.
The new Dell XPS 13 features even thinner bezels than its predecessor. While it retains the metal and glass build, it has a larger keyboard and trackpad. A fingerprint sensor is embedded into the power button.
The new laptop is powered by the 10th gen Intel Core processors [Intel Core i3 1005G1 – up to quad-core Intel Core i7 1065G7 processor] along with up to 32GB LPDDR4X RAM, Intel Iris Plus graphics, and up to 2TB PCIe (3×4) SSD storage.

The Dell XPS 13 is backed by a 52WHr battery that can be charged by a 45W AC adapter via a Type-C port. It runs the Windows 10 operating system.
On the other hand, the Dell XPS 13 Developer Edition comes preloaded with Ubuntu 18.04. It also lacks a fingerprint sensor.
Additional features include dual 2.5W stereo speakers with Waves MaxxAudio Pro tuning, Killer Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.
