Now you can easily restore recently deleted posts on Instagram. This includes photos, videos, reels, and IGTV videos. You can restore stories as well, but they will remain in the folder only for 24 hours.
The photo sharing platform is now rolling out a new feature that will allows users to restore content they’ve deleted over the last 30 days. It can be accessed through a Setting option in the app.
Previously, deleted photos, videos, reels, IGTV videos, and stories were removed from the Instagram account immediately. Now, they will be moved to the Recently Deleted folder for a period of 30 days.

How To Restore Recently Deleted Photos, Videos On Instagram
- Donwload the latest version of the Instgram app
- Next, go to Settings > Account > Recently Deleted
- Now, you can choose to restore the stored content or permanently delete it
- That’s it!
Posts deleted from your Instagram profile grid will appear there again. Whereas the posts deleted from the archives will be restored to the archives.
Note: If they aren’t restored, they will automatically be deleted 30 days later. Stories, however, can only be accessed and restored for up to 24 hours.
