DataWind has launched its first Intel powered tablet- DataWind Ubislate i3G7, in the Indian market. As far as specifications are concerned, it is powered by a 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom x3 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, paired with 1GB of RAM. The tablet runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and features a 7-inch TFT display with 1024×600 pixels resolution.
The device sports a 2 mega pixel rear camera and a VGA front facing camera. It houses 8GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB using microSD card.
Backed up by a 2800mAh battery, it is claimed to deliver up to 4 hours of talk time and up to 120 hours of standby time. The Ubislate i3G7 measures 188x107x9.8 mm and weighs 278 grams. Connectivity options which the dual SIM calling tablet offers, include 3G (via SIM card), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
