According to recent reports, the Coolpad Cool 3 sports a glossy Back panel. It comes in multiple color options. It will be the company’s first smartphone to come with a waterdrop display notch. The entry-level handset is likely to run Andriod 9 Pie operating system.

Recently, Coolpad launched three budget smartphones in the Indian market. The Coolpad Mega 5, Mega 5M, and Mega 5C sport traditional design (square displays with bezels on the top and bottom edge). The Coolpad Mega 5 sports a dual camera setup and fingerprint sensor on the back. However, the Coolpad Mega 5C and Coolpad Mega 5M sports a single rear camera setup. Both devices lack fingerprint scanner support.
Additionally, the Coolpad Mega 5 is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6739 processor and 3GB RAM. The 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a dedicated microSD card slot. The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 5.7-inch HD+ display and runs Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. It is backed a 3,000mAh battery.
In terms of optics, the new handset sports a dual camera setup on the back. It uses a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 0.3-megapixel VGA sensor, and a LED flash. For selfies and video calling, the new handset comes with a 5-megapixel front camera.

The Coolpad Mega 5C is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and 1GB RAM. The 16GB internal storage can be further expanded via a dedicated microSD card (up to 32GB) slot. The Android (Oreo) smartphone is backed a 2,500mAh battery.
In terms of optics, the new handset sports a 5-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front camera. It supports Face Unlock feature. The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 5.45-inch HD+ display.
The Coolpad Mega 5M is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1GB RAM. The 16GB internal storage can be further expanded (up to 32GB) via a dedicated microSD card slot. The Android handset is backed by a 2,000mAh battery.
