LeEco and Coolpad have jointly launched their Cool Changer S1 smartphone in China. Under the hood, the phone packs a 64-bit 2.35GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor paired with Adreno 530 GPU. Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EUI 5.8, it features a 5.5-inch Full HD screen with 1920×1080 pixels resolution.
Based on RAM and storage, it comes in three variants- 4GB RAM+64GB storage / 6GB RAM+64GB storage / 6GB RAM+128GB storage. On the imaging front, the phone sports a 16 mega pixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, 6P lens and 4K video recording. There is also an 8 mega pixel front camera onboard. Fueled by a 4070mAh battery, the device supports fast charging. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and USB Type C. It measures 151.4×74.7×7.5 mm and weighs 168 grams.
It features Harman Kardon audio and Hi-Fi CDLA (Continual Lossless Digital Audio). Coming to design, the phone flaunts its metal body and features a fingerprint sensor on the back.

Price & Availability
The Cool Changer S1 carries a price tag of CNY 2499 (approximately Rs. 24,400) for the 4GB RAM+64GB storage variant, CNY 2699 (approximately Rs. 26,300) for the 6GB RAM+64GB storage version and CNY 3199 (approximately Rs. 31,200) for the 6GB RAM+ 128GB storage model. There is no word on availability of the smartphone in India.
