Google seems to be gearing up for the launch of its Google Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P smartphones in India. The company has sent out media invites for a launch event on October 13, 2015 where it is likely to announce the devices for the Indian market. While the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P have already been spotted listed on Amazon India and Flipkart, the launch of these two devices in India on Tuesday seems imminent.

Microsoft Launches Surface Book, It’s First Ever Laptop: Price, Specs & Features

Alongside Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL smartphones, Microsoft has also taken the wraps off its first ever laptop, dubbed the Microsoft Surface Book.

The Surface Book features a 13.5-inch PixelSense touchscreen display with 267ppi pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for protection against scratches. The display has 3000×2000 pixels resolution, 3:2 aspect ratio and 1800:1 contrast ratio. Moreover, the screen of the device can be detached from the keyboard and can be used as a tablet. It is powered by sixth-generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processor paired with Nvidia GeForce GPU and GDDR5 memory.

Microsoft Band 2 With Curved Display Launched: Price & Features

Microsoft has finally launched its next generation fitness tracker called the Microsoft Band 2. The device features a 32mmx12.8mm curved AMOLED screen with 320×128 pixels resolution and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It displays texts, emails and calendar alerts right on user’s wrist and comes with 11 sensors.

Besides tracking steps taken, calories burnt and sleep quality, the wearable also comes with continuous heart rate monitor to track heart rate. It also comes with Cortana integration. As for compatibility, it is compatible with Android, iOS and Windows phone devices. The device is good enough to survive up to 48 hours and gets fully charged in 1.5 hours.

Honor 7 With Fingerprint Sensor Launched In India At Rs. 22,999: Specifications & Features

Huawei’s Honor brand has launched its Honor 7 smartphone in the Indian market. The device was launched in China earlier this year.

Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 935 processor paired with Mali-T628 MP4 GPU and 3GB of RAM. Running Android 5.0 operating system wrapped under Emotion UI 3.1, it features a 5.2-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and 423ppi pixel density. The phone comes with 16GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. On camera front, it sports a 20 mega pixel rear camera with dual LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and an 8 mega pixel front facing camera with f/2.4 aperture.

Microsoft has finally taken the wraps off its Microsoft Lumia 950 XL smartphone at an event in New York. As for specifications, it is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon Qualcomm 810 processor paired with Adreno 430 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The device features a 5.7-inch QHD AMOLED display with resolution of 2560×1440 pixels, pixel density of 518ppi and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.

There is 32GB internal memory which is expandable up to 2TB via microSD card. Spice has launched its latest smartphone in the XLife series, called the Spice XLife 511 Pro. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with Mali 400 GPU. Running Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, it features a 5-inch FWVGA display with resolution of 854×480 pixels.

There is 8GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB using microSD card. The XLife 511 Pro sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 3.2 mega pixel front facing camera.
