Oppo has taken the wraps off its two new camera focused smartphones, dubbed the Oppo R9 and the R9 Plus. The company had been teasing these smartphones on its Weibo account lately, now both smartphones have finally seen the light of the day.

The R9 Plus is essential the larger variant of Oppo R9 and both smartphones pack a lot of similarities. They feature a fingerprint sensor integrated into the home button which can unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds. Both phones also support VOOC flash charge that is claimed to deliver up to 2 hours of talk time with just 5 minutes for charging. Lava Flair S1 With 4.5-inch Display Launched: Price & Specifications

Lava has expanded its Flair series with the launch of Lava Flair S1 smartphone. Under the hood, the phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 854×480 pixels resolution.

The handset houses 8GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It sports a 3.2 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera. Camera features which the phone supports, include Panaroma capture and HDR.

Meizu Pro 6 To Be Exclusively Powered By MediaTek Helio X25 SoC

Meizu is said to be working on its upcoming flagship smartphone, called the Meizu Pro 6. Rumors about its specifications and features have started making rounds over the internet. A report has surfaced online revealing that Meizu’s Pro 6 will be powered by MediaTek Helio X25 SoC.

At an event in China recently, MediaTek announced its deca-core Helio X20 processor. At the same event, Meizu CEO, Yongxiang BAI and MediaTek Vice President & Co-COO, Jeffrey Ju revealed that the Meizu Pro 6 will be exclusively powered by a deca-core Helio X25 chipset. The Helio X25 is said to be an upgraded version of deca-core Helio X20 SoC was co-developed with Mediatek and Meizu.
