Meizu MX5e With 5.5-inch Display, 3GB RAM Launched: Price & Specifications

Meizu has introduced its latest smartphone, called the Meizu MX5e, in China. It is an affordable variant of Meizu MX5, which was launched last year for Rs. 19,999.

As for specifications, the MX5e is powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795T) processor coupled with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The phone runs Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system wrapped under Flyme OS 4.5. It features a 5.5-inch full HD Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The screen packs Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection against scratches.

Vivo has launched its two new smartphones- Vivo V3 and V3 Max in India. Both smartphones flaunt their metal body design and feature a fingerprint scanner for additional security. The fingerprint scanner comes with 360 degree recognition and is claimed to unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds in wake mode or in 0.5 seconds in sleep mode.

The smartphones also feature AK4375 Hi-Fi chipset for amazing music experience. Oppo has finally launched its camera focused smartphone- Oppo F1 Plus, in India. Touted as the ‘Selfie Expert’, the F1 Plus is a re-branded variant of Oppo R9, which was launched in China, earlier this year.

The highlight of the F1 Plus is its camera department. The phone sports a 16 mega pixel front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 78.1-degree wide-angle lens for capturing stunning selfies. Celkon has expanded its smartphone portfolio with the launch of Celkon Diamond 4G Plus. Under the hood, it is powered by a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 5-inch HD IPS display with resolution of 1280×720 pixels and pixel density of 294ppi.

Domestic handset manufacturer, Reach Mobiles, has launched its latest budget smartphone, called the Reach Opulent.

As far as specifications are concerned, the Opulent is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor clocked at 1.2GHz.
