LG ensured that their stall at the MWC 2013 did not go unnoticed and they launched quite a few devices at the MWC 2013. We list out the devices for you that saw the light of the day at MWC 2013.

LG Optimus G Pro:

The successor to the LG Optimus G broke cover and it will come with a 5.5-inch IPS 1080p display unit and the heart of the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset, with a 1.6GHz quad-core Krait 300 and the graphics department is he responsibility of an Adreno 320 GPU. Rest of the specs are similar to LG Optimus G but it features a bigger 3140 mAh battery. It will run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Firefox For Android 20 Beta Released- Supports Low End Phones Now

On 19 Feb 2013, Firefox 19 was launched for android. It has built in PDF viewer. So you don’t need a third party software to view pdf files on your android device. Before launching beta 20, users need to install a third party app. And the main problem with Firefox 19 is that it does not work on lower-end phones. It also does not has theme support and Chinese localization.

But just after a week, on February 25, 2013 Mozilla launched Firefox 20 removing all above issues. That shows the hardwork done by Mozila team on fixing issues. Now Firefox on android supports themes and Chinese localization  Mozilla team also lowered the system requirement to 384 MB of RAM and QVGA displays. BlackBerry Q10 Launch In April- Feature And Details

Blackberry Z10 was just launched in the country and along with it, the people started wondering as to when will its sibling, the Q10 join the ranks. The Q10 runs on Blackberry 10 like its sibling but comes with a 3.1 inch touchscreen and a qwerty keyboard as well. Qwerty keyboards have been the strength of Blackberry and the Q10 will hit the Indian brick and mortar stores this April. The Indian launch will come at the time of the global launch so that speaks volumes about the company’s intentions for India.

At the launch event of the Blackberry Z10 in Mumbai, Sunil Dutt, BlackBerry India’s managing director stated that the Q10 will be launched in India by April and will join the Z10. Along with these two high end smartphones, Blackberry will also launch a host of Blackberry 7 OS running devices to cater to the lower ends of the smartphone market. On the other hand, the Blackberry 10 OS powered smartphones will be locking horns with Android, iOS and Windows Phone flagships.

Sony Xperial Z Android Tablet Launched At MWC 2013- Details

Sony was the centre of attraction at the CES 2013 and it made sure it did not get left out at the MWC 2013 as well. With most of the companies not showing their flagships at the MWC, Sony went on to showcase what they had with them in the tablet department. Sony unveiled the Xperia tablet Z and it will be the company’s flagship tablet from now on. And yes, it borrows a lot of things from the smartphone sibling, the Xperia Z.

Xperia tablet Z is a 10.1 inch tablet and with a thickness of a paltry 6.9mm, Sony believes that this will be the thinnest tablet in the segment. It comes with the OmniBalance design which we saw on the Xperia Z. It will run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean but would get the 4.2 update as and when it reaches the retail stores. Powering it will be a as Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro asynchronous quad-core processor and it will come with IP55 and IP57 certification making it a water-proof tablet. Now that’s something none of the tablets out there has.
