Huawei MediaPad X2 Tablet Unveiled At MWC 2015

Huawei has unveiled the Huawei MediaPad X2 tablet at MWC 2015 in Barcelona. The MediaPad X2 is successor to the MediaPad X1 tablet which was launched last year. With mere 7.28 mm thickness, the MediaPad X2 is being called the “world’s slimmest 7-inch phablet” by the company. As far as specifications of the tablet are concerned, it is powered by 64-bit 2 GHz Kirin 930 Octa-core processor paired with Mali-T628 GPU. Featuring a 7 inch full HD (1200 x 1920 pixel resolution,323 ppi pixel density) display, it runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Emotion UI 3.0 wrapped on the top.

Asus Fonepad 7 (FE171CG) & MeMOPad 8 (ME581CL) Tablets Launched In India

Asus has expanded its tablet portfolio with the launch of Asus Fonepad 7 (FE171CG) & MeMOPad 8 (ME581CL) tablets in India. As for the specifications, the Asus Fonepad 7 (FE171CG) packs a 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Clover Trail Plus processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM. Featuring a 7 inch (1024 × 600 pixel resolution) display, it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with ZenUI. The tablet sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera and a 2 mega pixel secondary camera. It comes with 16 GB inbuilt storage (expandable up to 64 GB via microSD card), 3950 mAh battery along with 3G and voice calling support.

Lenovo Tab 2 A8 & Tab 2 A10-70 Tablets Launched At MWC 2015

Lenovo has launched its two new tablets, Lenovo Tab 2 A8 & Tab 2 A10-70 at MWC 2015. Both the devices will be available in in Wi-Fi only and LTE variants. Speaking of the Lenovo Tab 2 A8 first, It features an 8 inch HD IPS display and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. Under the hood, it packs 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek chipset paired with 1 GB of RAM. There is a 5 mega pixel auto focus rear camera and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera on board. The Sony Xperia Z4 tablet which accidentally appeared on Sony Xperia Lounge app has now been teased by the company. Sony has posted a tweet which reads “Slimmer. Lighter. Brighter. All will be revealed on 02.03.15. #Xperia #SonyMWC.” The teaser also includes side image of the forthcoming device which is most likely, the Xperia Z4 tablet. Sony has not revealed any other information about specifications and features of the device in the recent tweet, however, the earlier listings of the tablet on Sony app did mention some specs of the device.
