Apple has finally launched its much anticipated Apple iPhone 6s smartphone at an event in San Francisco. While it retains the same design as its predecessor iPhone 6, the hardware specifications of the device have been bumped up.

As for specifications, it is powered by a 64-bit 1.5GHz Apple’s A9 processor coupled with M9 motion co-processor and 2GB of RAM. The smartphone runs Apple’s iOS 9 out-of-the-box which will be available to existing iOS devices on September 16. It features a 4.7-inch LED-backlit HD display with 1334×750 pixels resolution. The display also comes with Ion-strengthened glass along with oleophobic coating. Based on storage, it will be available in three variants- 16GB, 64GB and 128GB.

Sony has launched its selfie focused Sony Xperia M5 Dual smartphone in India. Under the hood, the device is powered by a 64-bit 2.2 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795T) processor coupled with with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 3GB of RAM.

Running Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system, it features a 5-inch full HD IPS display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2. Yu Televentures has launched its latest budget smartphone, dubbed the Yu Yunique in India. As for specifications, it is powered by a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor paired with Adreno 306 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The handset runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and features a 4.7-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
