BSNL and Champion computers launched two new affordable smartphones in Indian market with almost same specification and features. The BSNL Champion My Phone SM3512 and BSNL Champion My Phone SM3513 are available online at price around INR 3225 and INR 4499 respectively. There is only one difference between both smartphone of 3G connectivity. SM5313 has 3G connectivity option as you can see specifications below whereas SM3513 does not comes with 3G option. We don’t have information whether these smartphone comes with benefits from BSNL like free internet and talk time. Otherwise the specification of both smartphones are usual as found on the smartphone in this range.

Toshiba on January 8, 2014 has announced the first 4K resolution supported laptops Tecra W50 and the Satellite P50t which will run the new Windows 8.1 operating systems.

Micromax has launched another new affordable smartphone in Indian market. This new smartphone name Micomax A66 is listed on company website and is available at priced around INR 5610. Recently Micromax already announced two smartphones Micromax Bolt A28 and Micromax Bolt A59 in Indian market which was priced around INR 3,674 and INR 4,542 respectively. Although these smartphones are not available in the market yet. The Micromax A66 is an affordable smartphone, as per specifications and price it’s a good entry level smartphone, but you have to compromise with performance. If you have a budget around 6000 then go for it, otherwise it will be not a good performer due to low RAM and cheap hardware in it.

Lenovo introduces its first android based dual mode hybrid notebook. Lenovo made this device affordable and launched it with a price tag of INR 19,990. The device is light weight and thin with Accu Type keyboard. You can use it as a laptop or switch to Stand Mode. You just need to flip the screen 300 degrees to enter in stand mode. The weighs of this device is 1 Kg. The device is only 17.3mm thick. Lenovo says that it has customized this notebook on the top of Android Jelly Bean 4.2. means it comes with Lenovo’s user interface on the top of Android. Lenovo also claims that it can sense up to ten fingers at a time means it has 10-point multi-touch display. It also comes with Accu Type keyboard for more comfort while typing gives less errors.
