As per recent teasers and rumors, the upcoming handset will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 storage.
The Black Share 3 will be the company’s first 5G gaming phone. It is said to be backed by a 4,720mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
In terms of design, the gaming handset looks similar to previous Black Shark models. The brand’s logo (‘S’) will be centrally located on the back.

Additionally, the Black Share 3 is tipped to come with a 90Hz refresh rate screen and a 270Hz touch sampling rate (highest of any smartphone).
The company is already claiming the responsiveness of the Black Shark 3s screen is better than the likes of iPhone 11 Pro, OnePlus 7T Pro, Oppo Reno Ace, and the ROG Phone 2.

The Black Shark 2 Pro gaming smartphone was launched in last year at CNY 2,999 (approx Rs 30,000) for the 12GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant.
The Black Shark 2 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus octa-core processor along with Adreno 640 GPU, 12GB RAM, and 128GB/ 256GB UFS 3.0 internal storage.
The gaming smartphone also comes with the company’s proprietary Liquid Cool 3.0+ technology (manage heat dissipation) and integrated DC Dimming 2.0 support. The 4,000mAh battery comes with 27W fast charging support.

In terms of optics, the Black Shark 2 Pro sports a dual-camera setup (with 2x optical zoom) on the back. It combines a 48-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.75 aperture) with a 12-megapixel secondary sensor (f/2.2 aperture). For selfies, the handset sports a 20-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The dual-SIM smartphone features a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with Full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and a pixel density of 430ppi. It also comes with TrueView Display support and a 240Hz refresh rate.
The handset comes with an improvement in display touch response. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The Black Shark 2 Pro also comes with an improved grip and two more RGB LED lights on the rear panel. Users can choose from Electric Black and Ice Ash color options.
