Zopo ZP980 Full HD Quad Core Android Phone Launched At Rs.15,999

Zopo mobiles, a Chinese smartphone manufacturer has begun its operations in India and after bringing some real good quad core and dual core phablets to the country, have just introduced the country’s cheapest quad core phablet which comes with a Full HD display. Zopo ZP980 has been listed on the company’s website and smartphone is a 5 incher with a resolution off 1920×1080 pixels which amounts to a pixel density of 441ppi. And price, well its Rs.15,999.

The ZP980 is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core Mediatek processor which can be found in almost every budget quad core smartphone. It is complemented well by a 1 GB RAM and will allow for seamless multi tasking. The smartphone has a 16GB of internal memory which is a great feature to have since most of the budget smartphones offer just 4GB of internal storage. The smartphone also has a microSD car slot to expand the memory of the device by 32GB.

LG Nexus 5 Prototype Leaked Pictures And Deatils

As per the latest rumors, The Nexus 5 will have a full HD 1080p Display with a 4.5 inch screen which will be an IPS display. It is also speculated to have a large 2800 mAh capacity and the camera capacity will be a 9 Megapixel CCD sensor at the rear.

The processor will be a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset architecture. It will be interesting to see how things shape up for LG Google Nexus 5.

Google has a thing for producing a great device when it comes to bringing in the Nexus range of devices. The Nexus 4 is still out of stock at a lot of places and LG did a great job with it. If we did not know it was LG made, nobody would believe it was a LG product. When people are still waiting to get their Nexus 4, the rumours have emerged that Google has turned to LG for producing the next Nexus smartphone, the Nexus 5.

Google is reportedly working on a lot of prototypes for finding the right flagship smartphone and the one from LG has been codenamed the Meglodon which was a prehistoric shark. The Nexus 5 will hit the retail stores around October. What can be made out from the leaked picture is a device with straight sides and curves at the corners of the smartphone with the LED notification light being present at the bottom of the device.

HTC has not had the best of times for a long time but the company is looking to change things for itself in near future. The company has already launched the HTC One, its flagship smartphone and now the company is looking towards strengthening its mid range smartphones and two new smartphones from the stable of HTC have showed up, HTC Desire Q and HTC Desire P.

The Desire P will be dearer one out of the two smartphones and will be priced around Rs.20,000. It will be the successor to the Desire SV and looks a lot like that. A 4.3 inch WVGA display will be adorning the front of the smartphone and powering the device will be a 1 GHz dual core processor which will be coupled with a 1 GB RAM. The smartphone will get a 8MP camera at the rear and a front camera as well.

Datawind, the company responsible for making the Aakash tablet which happens to be the world’s cheapest tablet for the students in India has just launched a new tablet for the Indian market. The tablet is expected to be the Aakash 3 in near future and will replace the Aakash 2 tablet. However, the company has named it Ubislate 7C+ Edge. It is expected to be a budget tablet and is available for sale now for Rs.5,999.

The highlight of the tablet is the fact that it comes with calling facility. There are rumours of the Aakash 3 getting a calling facility are doing the rounds and they might just see a materialisation in near future. It will be a 7 inch tablet and will have a resolution of 800×480 pixels. It will be powered by a 1 GHz single core processor and will run on a slightly older version of Android, Ice Cream Sandwich.

Lenovo S920 India Launch Soon- Announced Globally

Micromax Canvas A116 HD has not had a true competitor in the Indian market in its true sense. Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus Launched- Video Review And Details

When Samsung first introduced the Galaxy S2, the 4.3 inch size seemed just too big way back in 2011 but who knew smartphones would one day have a size north of 5 inches. Now that the S4 is about to hit the stores in April end, Samsung has quietly slipped in the refreshed version of its two year old flagship, the Galaxy S2 Plus. The showcased it in India in the first week of April and now it gets a price tag as well.

The S2 Plus will sell for Rs.22,900 as per some online retailers but we expect the prices to come down in near future and the offline stores are expected to sell it at a lower price. The smartphone as the same 4.3 inch screen of 800×480 pixels resolution as the S2 but the changes come in under the hood. The S2 Plus gets a 1.2 GHz dual core Broadcomm processor with a Broadcomm GPU whereas the S2 came with an Exynos processor ticking at 1.2 GHz.
