So finally Samsung announced its much awaited Tizen powered smartphone. Tizen is Samsung’s own operating system; it was developing this new operating system Tizen from a long time to compete with Android, Windows and iOS. Currently, Tizen OS is running on Samsung smart watches and cameras. Now with the Samsung Z smartphone Tizen OS introduced on smartphones too. To compete with other operating systems, Samsung is developing its own app store called Tiznen Store and to attract more developers on this platform, Samsung is also doing some special promotional program for developers. The price of the device is not out yet.

Micromax came up with another Android Kitkat 4.4 running smartphone in Indian market. This time a 5-inch display, quad core and Android Kitkat running smartphone Micromax Canvas A105 listed on e-commerce website HomeShop18. Recently Micromax introduced Micromax Unite 2 and Micromax Canvas Engage were other two smartphones that was launched in India, running latest Android operating system Kitkat 4.4.

Wickedleak comes up with an Octa core processor from MediaTek first time. The Wickedleak Wammy Neo is the new in Octa core category. The device comes in black and white colour and priced so aggressively INR 11,990 only. The device will go on sale officially from 15 June. The 5-inch display of the smartphone comes with Dragon Trail glass on top and the company also announced an another variant of the smartphone with Aqua Protect Technology that will make it water resistant. The Wickedleak Wammy Neo is probably most affordable smartphone running on Octa core processor from MediaTek.

Xolo Q1200 and Q600s quad core smartphones with 1GB RAM Android Kitkat launched at INR 14,999 and INR7,499 respectively

Earlier we reported about the Xolo A500 Lite , an entry-level device launched by Xolo this week. Now Fonearena reported that two Q series smartphone from Xolo listed on popular online retailor Snapdeal. The Xolo Q1200 and Xolo Q600 both smartphones with quad core processors, 1GB RAM, Dual SIM, 2000mAh battery and latest operating system Android 4.4 Kitkat listed on Snapdeal. The official announcement is also expected in few weeks. While the Xolo Q600 already comes with Android Kitkat, the Xolo Q1200 will be shipped with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box, but the company promised the Kitkat update with the device. The Xolo Q600 priced INR 7,499 while the Xolo Q1200 priced INR 14,999. These new launching is aimed to take on Moto E and Moto G devices. While Micromax already launched devices like Micromax Unite 2 and others, others players like Xolo and Lava also trying to compete as well.

LG just announced a new device under G series; the new LG G3 is the successor of the last year popular LG device G2. The pricing of the smartphone is not known yet, but it does come in five different colours Metallic Black, Silk White, Shine Gold, Moon Violet and Burgundy Red colours. The new unique feature in this smartphone that LG is touting from few days is Laser auto focus mode in smartphone. The new technology with Laser auto focus takes pretty good images and LG is really excited about it. The back cover of G3 is made of plastic, but this time the battery of G3 is removable unlike the G2 which battery was not removable. The G3 comes with high-power 1W Hi-Fi sound that we have already seen on LG G2. The LG is also touting some smart features of LG G3 like smart keyboard, smart notice smart security. The G3 is rolling out from 28May globally.
