A lot of rumors about Xiaomi working on its upcoming affordable smartphone have been churning out the rumor mill lately. Now, according to MyDrivers, Xiaomi is all set to launch a smartphone on April 8, 2015. The Chinese website has also revealed the pricing of upcoming Xiaomi’s new affordable smartphone and it will be priced at CNY 499 which translates it roughly to Rs. 5,000. Lava Iris 444 Launched At Rs. 3,199: Specs & Features

Domestic handset maker Lava has launched its new budget smartphone Lava Iris 444 in the Indian market. As far as specifications of the dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) phone are concerned, the Iris 444 is powered by single-core Cortex-A7 processor clocked at 1 GHz paired with 256 MB of RAM and Mali-400 GPU. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and features a 4 inch WVGA TFT display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution. Iris 444 sports a 2 mega pixel camera on the rear with LED flash while there is also a 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera onboard.

Micromax Bolt S300 Available Online At Rs. 3,300: Specs & Features

Micromax seems all ready to launch its affordable Micromax Bolt S300 smartphone in India. The handset is now listed on company’s Russia website. According to Mahesh Telecom, an established Mumbai-based retailer, the handset is now available to buy through offline retail stores as well. As for specifications, the dual-SIM Bolt S300 is powered by a single-core processor clocked at 1 GHz accompanied with 512 MB of RAM. The handset runs Android 4.4.3 KitKat operating system and features a 4 inch WVGA display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution.

LG Begins Global Roll-Out Of Magna, Spirit, Leon & Joy Mid-Ranged Phones

LG has announced the global roll-out of its mid-ranged Magna, Spirit, Leon & Joy smartphones. The 3G and 4G LTE variants of the handsets will be released in South America first, followed by Europe, Asia, Middle East Africa and North America. Pricing of the devices will vary depending upon the markets. The mid-ranged handsets will come with UX features like Glance View and Gesture Shot which are usually seen in LG’s premium smartphones. Notably, the LG Spirit is now listed on company’s India website. HTC One E9: Leaked Images & Specs Appear Online

After innumerable rumors and leaks, it seems that we have now got something concrete about HTC’s upcoming One E9 smartphone. The company has silently released the One E9+ phone in China and the handset is now listed on official website. The specifications of One E9+ however on the product specifications page do not match with the specs mentioned on home page. We believe that HTC has accidentally mentioned One E9’s specs instead of the details of its more powerful variant, the One E9+. LG Spirit Launched In India At Rs. 14,250: Specs & Features

LG has silently launched its LG Spirit smartphone in the Indian market. The handset was originally introduced in February 2015 alongside mid-ranged LG Magna, Joy and Leon smartphones. LG Spirit features curved design and decent specs. As for specifications, the dual-SIM handset packs a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor paired with 1 GB of RAM. It features a slightly curved 4.7 inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution and 312 ppi pixel density. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. Xiaomi Ties Up With Mobile Store To Sell Mi Phones In India

We all are aware about the online flash sales which Xiaomi conducts on Flipkart to sell its smartphones in the Indian market. Now, to expand its offline operations, the Chinese handset maker Xiaomi has partnered with Mobile Store to sell Mi phones in India. According to Economic Times, limited number of Mi 4 and Redmi Note 4G will go on sale via 55 Mobile stores across Delhi NCR. The handsets will retail at the same price at which they are available online. The Mi 4 and Redmi Note 4G smartphones will be offered at Rs. 19,999 and Rs. 9,999.
