Panasonic Eluga Z With 5-inch Display, Octa-Core CPU Launched At Rs. 13,490: Specs & Features

Panasonic has launched a new smartphone in Eluga series, dubbed the Panasonic Eluga Z in the Indian market. On design front, the device looks solid and boasts of a blade like metallic finish.

As for specifications, the Eluga Z is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It features a 5-inch Oncell HD AMOLED (1080×720 pixels resolution) display and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. There is a 13 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera. It entails 16GB of inbuilt storage (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card). Backed up by a 2050mAh battery, it measures 141.3×70.6×6.85 mm in dimensions and weighs 120 grams. It comes with support for 21 Indian regional languages.

Xiaomi Redmi 2 Gets Price Cut In India, Now Available For Rs. 5,999

Xiaomi has finally dropped the price of its Redmi 2 phone in India. The handset has received price cut of Rs. 1,000 and is now available for Rs. 5,999 instead of its original price of Rs. 6,999. It is now available to purchase from Mi.com, online retailers- Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal and offline retailers- Mobile Stores and Airtel stores.

Last month, Xiaomi also dropped the price of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G India by Rs. 2,000. After the price slash, the handset can be grabbed for Rs. 7,999 instead of original price tag of Rs. 9,999.

Celkon has launched a new feature phone in the Indian market, dubbed the Celkon C360 Twist. As the name implies, highlight of this phone is its 1.3 mega pixel rotatable camera with flash which can be twisted to click images. This rotating camera can be used as both primary camera as well as front facing camera.

The dual-SIM handset comes with 2.4-inch QVGA display. Connectivity options include Bluetooth with A2DP, WAP/GPRS and FM Radio. For storage purpose, the phone comes with microSD card slot which can be expanded up to 16GB. It comes with multi languages support and can save up to 1000 contacts (Phone+Dual-SIM). Intex has silently launched a new budget smartphone dubbed the Intex Aqua Y2 Ultra in the Indian market. Under the hood, the handset is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731G) processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The device runs Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and features 4-inch WVGA display with 800×480 pixels resolution.

The Aqua Y2 Ultra is backed up by a 1400mAh battery which is claimed to deliver up to 3 hours of talk time and up to 130 hours of standby time. Measuring 124.8×63.1×9.95mm in dimensions, it is listed in White, Black, Blue and Champagne color options on company’s website. Intex has launched a new smartphone in its Aqua series, called the Intex Aqua A2. Under the hood, the dual-SIM phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor paired with 512MB of RAM. Running Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, it features a 4-inch WVGA  display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. There is 8GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

The Aqua A2 sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera. Intel Compute Stick Launched In India: Price & Features

Intel has launched its Intel Compute Stick in the Indian market. This tiny device lets users to convert any HDMI enabled TV or monitor into a full fledged PC which can be used for performing various functions such as browsing internet, streaming videos, creating spreadsheets or presentations and playing games.

Users will just have to plug this compute stick in the HDMI port of TV or monitor to transform it into PC. As for specifications, the compute stick is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom Z3735F processor.
