After unveiling China ROM of MIUI 7 in China earlier this month, Xiaomi has showcased the global ROM of MIUI 7 in India. The MIUI 7 beta version will be available to Indian users from August 24, 2015 and will support smartphones including Xiaomi Redmi 1s, Redmi 2, Mi 3, Mi 4, Mi 4i and Redmi Note.

Lenovo A2010 Launched In India For Rs. 4,990: Specifications & Features

Lenovo has launched a new smartphone, dubbed the Lenovo A2010 in the Indian market soon. The A2010 is the most affordable smartphone with 4G LTE connectivity in the country. It supports FDD 1800MHz (Band 3) & TDD 2300MHz (Band 40) for India. Before the launch of A2010, the crown of cheapest 4G smartphone in India was held by ZTE Blade Qlux 4G and Phicomm Energy 653 which are priced at Rs. 4,999.

As for specifications, the Lenovo A2010 is powered by a 64-bit 1.0GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735M processor coupled with Mali-T720 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 4.5-inch display with 854×480 pixels resolution. There is 8GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB using microSD card.

Xiaomi Mi 4i Special Edition Launched In India: Specifications & Features

Xiaomi has taken the wraps off Xiaomi Mi 4i Special Edition smartphones in India to celebrate the launch of MIUI 7. The Special Edition MI 4i will be available in three new colors — Pink, Blue and Yellow. Currently, the Mi 4i is available in India in White and Dark Grey color options.

The specifications of the Special Edition variants are same as the original Mi 4i variants except that the former run MIUI 7 wrapped under Android Lollipop instead of MIUI 6. Specifications of the Mi 4i Special Edition include 64-bit octa-core (quad 1.7 GHz + quad 1.1 GHz) Snapdragon 615 processor, 2GB of RAM, 5-inch (1920×1080 pixel resolution, 441 ppi pixel density) display, 13 mega pixel rear camera, 5 mega pixel front camera and 3120mAh battery.

Panasonic has launched its three new 4G LTE smartphones in the Indian market, namely, Panasonic Eluga L2, Eluga I2 and T45 4G. All the three devices support 4G (TDD-LTE 2300MHz Band 40 and FDD-LTE 1800MHz Band 3) bands for India.

As for specifications, the Eluga L2 is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 5.5-inch qHD IPS display with 960×540 pixels resolution.
