Motorola Droid Turbo 2 With Shatterproof Display Launched: Specifications & Features

Motorola has expanded its smartphone folio with the launch of Motorola Droid Turbo 2 smartphone. It succeeds the Droid Turbo smartphone. Under the hood, it is powered by 2.0GHz octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor paired with Adreno 430 and 3GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system (upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow), it features a 5.4-inch Quad HD AMOLED display with 2560×1440 pixels resolution, 540ppi pixel density and Moto Shattershield.

Based on storage, it comes in two variants- 32GB and 64GB, both expandable up to 2TB via microSD card. The smartphone sports a 21 mega pixel rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera with LED flash. It also supports 4K video recording.

Xolo has announced the launch of Xolo Black 1X smartphone in India. The device has been unveiled on Twitter (@MyXOLO) today.

The specifications of the device are in line with the previous leaks. It is powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 3GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with HIVE Atlas UI, it features a 5-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. Other specifications of the smartphone include 13 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash, 5 mega pixel front facing camera with LED flash and 32GB of inbuilt memory (expandable via microSD card).

Samsung is reportedly working on a new tablet, called the Samsung Galaxy View. The device was spotted listed on US online retailer’s website named Adorama revealing specifications and images. The page, however has now been taken down.

As per the listing, the Galaxy View tablet will be powered by an octa-core Exynos 7580 processor clocked at 1.6GHz paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It will run Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and feature an 18.4-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and 119ppi pixel density.

After Lenovo Vibe X3 being spotted on TENAA, in September 2015, a low priced variant of the device has surfaced on the same website. Codenamed as ‘Lenovo K51c78’, the Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite has paid a visit to TENAA, revealing specifications.

As per the listing, it will be powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 operating system, it will feature a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. On storage front, it will house 16GB of internal memory. Asus has launched the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 smartphone, a variant of Zenfone 2 Laser which went on sale in India in September 2015. The new variant comes with similar set of specifications as the previous version, except processor and RAM. The Zenfone 2 Laser comes with Snapdragon 410 chipset paired with 2GB of RAM while the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 packs an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM.
