The Asus ZenFone Lite L1 is now available in the Indian market at Rs 4,999 (down from Rs 6,999). Whereas the Asus ZenFone Max M1 is now priced at Rs 6,999. It was launched in October last year at Rs 8,999.

Both smartphones come with similar specifications and feature. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 sports a metal unibody design with slim bezels (on top and bottom). A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back. It comes in Deepsea Black and Grey color options.
The budget smartphone sports a 5.99-inch IPS Full-View display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2160 pixels) resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor. The internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 2TB). The massive 5,000mAh battery comes 10W fast-charging support.
In terms of optics, the ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1 sports a dual camera setup on the back. It combines a 16-megapixel primary sensor (with f2/.0 aperture) and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. The 16-megapixel front camera comes with f/2.0 aperture. The camera features 4K video recording.
The regular variant comes with a 13MP primary sensor (f/2.2 aperture) and 5MP secondary (f/2.4 aperture) on the back. On the front, the Asus handset features an 8MP camera (f/2.0 aperture). The dual-SIM smartphone runs a stock version of Android Oreo 8.1 OS and comes with Face Unlock feature.

The budget handset is backed by a 3,000mAh battery. It comes with Face Unlock feature. Other specifications are similar to the Asus ZenFone Max M1.
