Processor
Redmi 1s and Moto E are both powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets. The former is powered by 1.6 GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 while the later houses a 1.2 GHz Dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor. Zenfone C is backed up by Dual-core Intel Atom CloverTrail Z2520 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz . All the handsets are accompanied with 1 GB of RAM.
Operating System
Zenfone C and Moto E run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system while Redmi 1s runs on rather outdated Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system. Zenfone C further features ZenUI on top and Redmi 1s comes with MIUI 5.0 on top.

Xiaomi Redmi 1s features the largest 4.7 inch IPS LCD display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and 312 ppi pixel density. Asus Zenfone C sports a 4.5 inch FWVGA display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution and 218 ppi pixel density. Xiaomi Redmi 1s and Zenfone C sport 8 mega pixel and 5 mega pixel auto focus rear cameras respectively with LED flash. Moto E houses a 5 mega pixel rear camera without flash. Redmi 1s further sports a 1.6 mega pixel front facing camera, Zenfone C comes with a VGA front facing camera while Moto E lacks a secondary camera.

Zenfone C packs largest 2100 mAh battery followed by Redmi 1s which is fueled by 2000 mAh battery and lastly the Motorola Moto E which sports a 1980 mAh battery.

Verdict
All the devices are identically priced, therefore specifications of these handsets become the deciding factor. Zenfone C comes with Intel Atom processor, decent graphics, good battery and large expandable storage. Both Moto E and Redmi 1s give fierce competition to the newly launched Zenfone C with their fairly good features. Motorola Moto E comes with decent specs however it misses out on rear camera flash, secondary camera and sports smaller display and smaller internal memory. Redmi 1s on the other hand sports high end specs at affordable price. It features larger display and better camera but it can be grabbed only by online flash sales.
