Cupertino-based tech giant Apple is expected to launch their first smartphone in 2018– iPhone SE 2. Even though the launch hasn’t been announced yet, the smartphone has been leaked multiple times online. The device is speculated to be the successor of iPhone SE, and will probably we revealed at Apple’s WWDC in 2018. Recently Apple fans have gone on to a frenzy after some iPhone SE 2 leaked images surfaced online.
The alleged fresh iPhone SE 2 leaked images showcased the phone from all possible angles. The iPhone SE 2 leaked images were shared by LETEMSVETEM APPLEM.
iPhone SE 2 Leaked Images: Glass Back?
The images display the glossy back panel of the phone speculating that glass has been used instead of the usual aluminum (like its predecessor).
This leaked information supports previous speculations that the smartphone will come with wireless charging support. Wireless charging is already supported by the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X.
The images reveal that the company may incorporate the headphone jack in this model. It was speculated to be removed. The smartphone also has an iPhone branding on the back without the FCC write-up.

The iPhone SE 2 leaked images show that Apple has attempted some major tweaks (regarding design) on the back. The front part of the device looks similar to its predecessor. The handset has a similar display, selfie camera module, bezels and Touch ID. Previous leaks and reports had led to speculations that the company won’t include the Face ID feature in the iPhone SE 2.
The handset will most probably be equipped with the Apple A10 Fusion processor. It was introduced by the company during the iPhone 7 series launch. The iPhone SE 2 is also expected to support HEIF/HEVC media recordings.
The iPhone SE 2 is expected to built with a 4.2-inch display backed with 2GB RAM, and 32GB/128GB of storage.
Moreover, Apple hasn’t officially revealed any information regarding the iPhone SE 2 launch. It is probably being made at the Wistron Plant in India. Meanwhile, several leaks and reports hint that the handset will be revealed soon enough.
