Alcatel has introduced its new smartphone Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 at Mobile World Congress 2015 in Barcelona. The highlight of this device is its Reversible feature which adjusts the interface of the phone whether you pick up the phone in the right manner or upside down. The upside down feature of the phone is supplemented by its symmetrical design. It also features JBL audio with Clari-Fi technology and two front-facing speakers. The device will be available in two different display sizes- 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch. Both devices share some similar specs. The OneTouch Idol 3 (4.7 inch) packs a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset paired with 1 GB of RAM. The handset features a 4.7 inch display with 1280×720 pixels resolution, 2000mAh, a 5 mega pixel front facing camera and measures 134.6 x 65.9 x 7.55 mm.
The bigger sibling, OneTouch Idol 3 (5.5 inch) is powered by 1.5 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 chipset accompanied with 2 GB of RAM and features a 5.5 inch display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution, 8 mega pixel front camera and 2910 mAh battery.
Both devices run on Android 5.0 Lollipop and sport 13 mega pixel rear camera. They house 16 GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. The 5.5 inch variant comes in 32 GB inbuilt storage variant as well.
