Airtel users have been waiting long for the roll out of 4G services in Delhi. Well, good news is that Airtel seems to be bringing the service to its Delhi customers soon.
Bharti Airtel has started sending out invites for an event scheduled on June 18, 2015 in Delhi. The company is likely to announce the roll-out of Airtel 4G Trials in Delhi at the same event. Last week, Airtel launched its 4G services in Ambala and started trials in Coimbatore. While Airtel has launched 4G services in many cities now, Delhi remains among the ones which have not yet received the service. The invite sent by the company has Airtel logo and says ‘It’s Time’ and makes us believe that Airtel customers in Delhi will not have to wait for long now.
Since Airtel has not revealed what announcement it is going to make, we suspect that it would be related to the 4G services launch in delhi. To us, the roll out of the 4G service in Delhi seems imminent and Airtel customers in Delhi can expect the 4G services to reach them in the near future. More details will be revealed at the event this week where the company is likely to make announcement about the launch of 4G in Delhi. We will update you when more information on the subject will be made available.
Bharti Airtel also announced two new free voice-calling packs exclusively for its broadband customers in India. These plans allow Airtel broadband customers to make call on any network across the country for free. The first plan is for Rs. 49/- per month (for unlimited free local calls) while the second plan is for Rs. 99/- per month (for unlimited free STD and local calls).
