Existing Airtel and non-Airtel customers can upgrade to Airtel postpaid plans starting at Rs 499.
As part of the Airtel Thanks program, all postpaid mobile customers on Rs 499 and above plans are designated as Platinum. Benefits include a customized Platinum UI on the Airtel Thanks app.

As part of Platinum care, a ‘Priority 4G SIM’ will be delivered to the homes of customers. You will also get red carpet customer care with preferential service at call centers and retail stores.
